Second storey addition, new garage, swimming pool and internal modifications.
The owners brought this early 90s single storey 4 x 2 with the vision of sub diving the corner block this house sat on. The idea was to demolish the two bedrooms and bathroom at the rear of the house to allow for the rear garden to be subdivided and sold as a building block. This left the front of the house requiring extensive extensions to the side, the front including new double garage, and a huge  120 sqr mtr upper floor addition and balcony’s. Hallmark Developments designed the new layout and additions maximising the space that was available and catching the Ocean views to the front. Retaining walls across the front were constructed to gain garden space at the front, and a new brick and liner pool was build with a stand alone alfresco area. The owners of this home ended up with almost a brand new home, but at a cost that was less than knocking down and rebuilding. A fabulous transformation.
