Marmion upper floor addition, new garage and internal modifications.
This house in Beach rd Marmion had already had a renovation carried out by a renovation company, and the results were hideous. The new owners Mark and mandy called in hallmark Developments with an idea of extending and re-renovating the property. With a growing family of three children, it was obvious more space was needed. Hallmark demolished the existing small retreat and master bedroom with Ensuite that was upstairs, and extended the whole upper floor to create three new bedrooms for the children, a family bathroom, new Master bedroom with Ensuite, balcony’s to the front and rear. We also removed a huge amount of internal walls and reconfigured the down stairs to create a new open plan living feel and added a double lock up garage. The transformation of this home was remarkable.
