The owners of this Hamersley home had been waiting patiently until their retirement so they could carry out the major addition and renovation works to their four bedroom one bathroom home.
The brief was to change the small bedroom next to the master bedroom into an ensuite, renovate the existing bathroom, rip out the small kitchen and meals area, extend the meals area out, build a new powder room, and add a bedroom out the back for their son and to create a large elevated Alfresco area.
Major structural alterations were involved, along with the new fit out of the bathrooms and kitchen. The end result was a very light and airy home that had been modernised to fit in with the client’s way of living.
