Hallmark Developments were contracted by Regency Property Group to build three units on a triplex block in Balga.
The triplex block had an old brick and asbestos home on it with some rather large jarrah trees in the garden. Hallmark Developments commissioned the removal of the trees and the demolition of the existing dwelling.
The block was sub-divided and three units were built. Each unit has three bedrooms, one ensuite, one bathroom, laundry cupboard, kitchen and living areas and double lock up garages.
The units were finished to a reasonably high spec with stone bench tops to the wet areas and quality cabinets and appliances to the kitchen.
