Del and Martine had an investment property in Woodvale with a big yard. They decided they wanted to maximise the rental potential of this investment home by adding a two bedroom granny flat to the property, creating two homes both bringing in an income.
It took some designing to get the stand alone two bedroom granny flat to fit the space without compromising the existing home, but with some clever designing, we made it happening. There was even enough room at the front for an outside seating area to enjoy a drink on our lovely warm evenings.
