The client had a smallish carport with two separate garage doors which just wasn’t functional.
To the back of this, was a store and a sleep out which were very poorly put together, an old patio covered the outside area which was in need of updating.

The existing carport and associated additions were demolished to make way for a double garage, the roof line was extended which presented a seamless addition.
A large timber framed patio was added across the back of the garage and kitchen area. Colourbond roof sheets with clear laser light panels were added to let light through, a screen fence was erected to give privacy from the neighbours. To finish the existing pool was given a makeover and new paving laid, just in time for Christmas!!
