Our clients wanted a covered outdoor area at their Como home.
The brief was to design and build something that looked classy but still blended with the original house.
It needed to be light and airy and have some storage areas built in.

Hallmark designed and built a timber and brick alfresco with raking cedar ceilings. V-lux roof windows were added to let light in and fans were installed to help with ventilation.
Brick and timber seating benches were built across the side, with lift off lids and storage boxes incorporated into the seats to store smaller objects like the children’s outdoor toys and keep the area looking tidy., A timber weather board shed was also built to store any larger items. To finish, exposed aggregate concrete was laid with a small grass area to soften the look.

All in all a very happy client.
